Another beautiful novella from Keegan caked in disturbing misogyny and a frustrating laziness.

Delving into a man post-relationship and watching him and he remembers his life simply passing him by is both so sad and also frustrating. It explores what happens when you give up and neglect those around you, and time overcomes thought and intention. I loved the way Keegan wrote every single word, including how much she made me despise the protagonist.

Life is so much easier to change when we know what the consequences of our actions are. This story will break you, and hopefully in the end influence you to make them choices and changes to make it so you don’t spend your days in solitude and smothered in regret.

For all the women in the world, let your reality seep through into the pages as your average male misogyny is put into words. Hate it and love it – this novella is another raw exploration of reality.
