This was an incredibly beautiful and gut wrenching read in the quietest way possible…

The loneliness bleeds itself through the pages and you’re left with this longing in the absence of stress and tension. Even though you meet this little girl on the beginning of her journey you can feel what her life was like before she entered this quiet home. The world around her is so different and you notice the aftereffects that children are left with from growing up in these chaotic and struggling households.

One of the best novellas I have ever read. The raw emotion is outstanding and Keegan just encapsulates it all in this beautiful package. A simple 20 minutes of reading to stay with you forever.
